Processing Time
Standard orders are processed within 1–3 business days after batch assignment and verification documentation are complete. Founder Launch preorder items typically ship within 2–3 weeks of order placement.
Shipping Methods
- Domestic (US): tracked priority shipping, 2–5 business days in transit.
- International: tracked international service where available; transit and customs clearance vary by destination.
Shipping Costs
Flat-rate shipping is calculated at checkout. Free shipping promotions, when offered, apply only to qualifying domestic orders.
Cold-Chain & Stability
Peptides are shipped lyophilized and remain stable at ambient temperature for the duration of standard transit. Upon receipt, store as indicated on the product documentation.
Risk of Loss
Title and risk of loss pass to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier. Shipping insurance is available on request.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
Report lost or damaged shipments to orders@facpeptides.com within 7 days of the carrier's last tracking update. We will work with the carrier to resolve.
Customs & Restrictions
International buyers are responsible for import duties, taxes, and ensuring that the products are legal to import into their jurisdiction. Orders to restricted regions may be cancelled.
