Defective or Damaged Products
If a product arrives damaged, contaminated, or fails to match its Certificate of Analysis, contact orders@facpeptides.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. Verified defects will be resolved by free replacement or full refund at our discretion.
Shipping Errors
If you receive the wrong item, notify us within 7 days. We will arrange a return label and ship the correct product at no additional cost.
Non-Returnable
- Opened, reconstituted, or partially used vials.
- Products stored outside the documented conditions.
- Items more than 30 days past delivery.
- Custom or bulk-formulation orders.
Refused or Undeliverable Shipments
Refused or undeliverable shipments returned to us may be refunded less shipping and a restocking fee, provided the products are unopened and were not exposed to out-of-spec conditions.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receipt and inspection of the returned product.
How to Request
Email orders@facpeptides.com with your order number, the issue, and supporting photos. Do not ship product back without an authorized return reference.
